La Gsma -que agremia a más de 300 operadores móviles del mundo- ha anunciado la lista de nominados a los Global Mobile Awards 2017, certamen que reconoce las mejores innovaciones en la industria de las comunicaciones móviles y digitales. Los ganadores de las ocho categorías se darán a conocer en febrero durante el Mobile World Congress en Barcelona.
Estos premios son evaluados por expertos independientes, analistas, periodistas, académicos y en ocasiones también participan representantes de operadores móviles. Para este año se destacan las categorías: ‘The connected Life Awards’ y ‘Best Mobile Apps’, con grandes avances en la industria móvil. Michael O’Hara, director de Marketing de la organización, informó a través de la sala de prensa, que la presentación de estas categorías se hará en Gsma Innovation City y se transmitirá en directo a través de Mobile World Live TV, a diferencia de las otras categorías que se presentarán en ceremonias separadas.
Recordemos que en 2016 el Gobierno de Colombia recibió el premio por ‘Spectrum for Mobile Broadband Award’. Este año estaremos pendiente y les daremos a conocer a los ganadores de la edición número 22 de los premios Glomo Awards.
